AFH membership: why and how
If you want to take part to francophone culture, why not becoming a member of our
not-for-profit association?
Members enjoy reductions in fares, access to our francophone library, a newsletter which inform
them on the cultural events organized by Alliance Française Halifax. ( read
more details on membership benefits)
The cost of membership is quite reasonable.
For less than 4 cents per day, you can become a member of our association
(for comparison, a piano lessons may cost one dollar a minute ...).
Membership does not incur any
obligation from your part. Anybody, whether taking classes at Alliance Française Halifax or not,
can become a member.
However, please note that membership is freely granted to students of AFH as long as they are registered in some courses.
If you wish to become a member of Alliance Française Halifax, please choose between 2 options :

Come to our office (5509 Young Street,Halifax) and pay the fees in full.
- Or fill the form below and pay the membership fees at our office (we do not take online payments).
Doing so and paying within a week will give you a
50% discount. The rates below are after discount
