ENROLMENT
All new students should take the Alliance Française membership: $ 25
New and continuing students should register for classes at least one week prior to the beginning of the session.

DISCOUNTS
5% Discount for enrolment in two consecutive session (payable at the same time)
10% Discount for a year enrolment (6x5 week sessions; payable at the same time)

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
- All registrations are final. No refund will be given for missed classes or for withdrawal after the first class. A refund for health reasons will be granted if a student’s written a request to cancel registration is received by Administration accompanied by medical proof.
- The Alliance Française reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or other unexpected circumstances. A full refund will be issued should the Alliance Française cancel a course. If a written request for withdrawal is received before the beginning of a course, the tuition fee minus a $50 administration fee will be refunded.
- There will be no classes on statutory holidays. Classes on statutory holidays are transferred to the end of the session.
- As a non-profit educational association, we charge no GST and our fees are tax deductable. The receipts will be mailed out in February.
- Certificate of attendance and achievement will be delivered on request.
- NSF charge: $ 25.

CLASS SIZE
A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to run. In case of insufficient enrolment, L’Alliance Française reserves the right to consolidate two levels or cancel classes altogether or will adjust rates.

Enrolment in a course implies that you accept these conditions.
