FASHION AND DRESS CODES

Since 2010, the Fondation Alliance Française organized an international photography contest for the amateurs and professonials world-wide.

This contest organized by the international web of the Alliances Françaises and with the support of the AFP, of the newspaper Courrier International and of the magazine Photos, attracts always more participants.

In fact 115 photographs from all over the world participated to the 7th edition of this contest around the subject of fashion and dress codes. Dress codes have a particualr meanings in different situations.

It is interesting to see the way people dress, the second skin, in order to see the diversity of the world.

The interest of this contest lies in the diversity of the photographers’ proposals and in the incredible cultural sharing that results from it.
